We use Auvik as a means to update Billing Agreements based on Device count and what is managed by our Team. Auvik has also helped us with network mapping.

For device counts and updating agreements, Auvik is great. the only thing I wish there was more of were ways to report these things. If there was an export option that could list all of your devices (then broke down into managed and unmanaged) I know life at my company would be a lot easier. Network mapping is also a fairly easy process with Aucik if their company is looking for that.
