We use Auvik to monitor our client sites and our clients use it to monitor their site to site VPN tunnels. Along with that it has been a lifesaver with troubleshooting and knowing when different systems are offline. It helped us recover failed firewall configurations, and validate changes that were made. Auvik has helped C-level users understand the complexities of their networks and help guide decision-making.

- Cleaned up our management and monitoring of our customer networks. We have been able to rest easy at night that Auvik will alert us if needed for an issue.
- The configuration backup feature has been life-saving when a firewall and its configure were lost/not backed up. We were able to pull it from Auvik and quickly get the site back online.
Auvik was was simpler to configure and utilize. Less noise, less configuration, and more user-friendly. We moved from LogicMonitor due to be being overkill for us and too much time commitment to get things online and functional. Auvik network scanning and automatic discovery have been wonderful and rarely let us down.
