I use it daily to assess what is and is not working and as a vehicle to diagnose a range of issues with systems it monitors and with which communicates.

- Working with third party systems
- Removing bugs from the existing system
- Connectivity to devices
- Visibility and tracking of information/events
- Alerting
- It is unclear from a hard dollar standpoint.
- The value is in not having things break or knowing what was broken and fixing it after the fact. It increases the speed of resolution.
