PRTG Network Monitor and SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor (npm)

The out of the box features and alerting with Auvik have been incredibly helpful. The navigation is slightly behind the clarity within the SolarWinds portals, but the alerting is significantly better out of the box.

This tool also helps to consolidate all configuration backs up in one place while providing administrators direct access to terminals to make changes on the fly.
