Auvik agents going offline due to Auvik server issues

Auvik has an automatic discovery setting, where Zabbix has to be done per each machine. This slows things down and makes it a little more complicated especially when there is no credentials or anything that is available. Zabbix however has a better uptime compared to Auviks. This is due to is self hostability.

Auvik has assisted us in figuring out network loops, offline statuses, and easy network infrastructure mapping. This is best for MSP's or any IT companies to use. Other than the downtime Auvik has, it has been well used in its times for emergencies and regular investigations. Auvik should have a WAN network monitor as well however.
