Overall Satisfaction with Auzmor Learn

We utilize Auzmor's platform to import content from other sources and as well as upload our own content for use across our entire organization. It allows us to centralize and track our trainings including annual mandatory trainings.

Pros

  • Supports internal created content and external 3rd party content.
  • Reports.
  • Allows employees to be assigned to multiple teams and trainings.

Cons

  • Allow organizations to set their own user ID's for employees (helps lay groundwork for SSO).
  • More assessment question types.
  • Our compliance in driving training and other system training is easier to manage.
Auzmor blended a LMS system as well as content creation that other system were one or the other.
Support team is very responsive to our challenges and have been on the spot with solutions.
Some features are buried in selections but once the terminology becomes familiar, it is easier to locate what you need.
Excellent choice for companies looking for flexibility with generating their own content and supplementing with 3rd party content.

Evaluating Auzmor Learn and Competitors

Yes - We replaced ThinkHR which was a content provider. We wanted to be able to use our own content and track all the certifications in one place.

Product Features and Usability were our top factors as we needed a system that was user friendly and allowed us the flexibility of our own content and access to 3rd party content providers as well.
