Overall Satisfaction with Avanan
Avanan is used throughout our entire organization to handle the spam and phishing emails that Office 365 lets through (and that is a lot!). Avanan keeps our employees from receiving malicious emails. Unlike other solutions, it prevents the emails from ever even hitting their mailbox.
- Stops phishing emails. Immediately it stopped users from receiving phishing emails.
- Stops spam messages that Office 365 lets through.
- Alerts us when users try to email confidential data (PII, PHI, CHD, etc.).
- Alerts us when suspicious behavior occurs (for example a user logging in from multiple countries within a short amount of time).
- More customizable dashboards would be nice.
- Improved risk mitigation.
- Improved end user productivity.
