Overall Satisfaction with Avanan

We are currently using Avanan, to protect the entire bank from malicious internet emails. Avanan has protected us from all phishing attacks, spearphising, malware, viruses, Trojans, etc. I recommend everyone to buy this system.

Pros

  • protection of emails with malicious attachments
  • detection of logins in other countries

Cons

  • I would like you to increase the number of engineers for support in Spanish.
  • Fraud has been avoided with Avanan.
  • With Avanan no longer comes attack on managers.
  • All users feel safer.
  • Bank management is satisfied with the product.
It is 10 because when we have any incident, query or problem, we can count on a support engineer who gives us the respective support. In the same way, the support at the sales level is very good, they give us all the support regarding payments, renewals and the respective accession to the system.

I give it a 10, because at the time of implementing the product, the support gave us all the support from scratch to the end and during this process they satisfactorily answered all the questions. Once the product is implemented, it is to facilitate the search for alerts, generate reports, identify alerts, the handling of the quarantine is very good and the process of adding in the whitelist just as good.
It adapts super well in price, its implementation is extremely simple, its level of protection is excellent, the support is very good. I honestly do not see cons to the product, it is the best on the market. Where the competition is very strong but does not have the same level as Avanan.
