Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Aura
I use Avaya Aura Communication Manager with a J159 SIP endpoint each day. It's the main form of voice communication I have with my customers. It allows my contacts to reach me on my Avaya Aura endpoint or my cell phone at the same time. I can also view the availability of my coworkers.
Pros
- Extremely clear voice calls
- Extensive feature set
- Easy-to-use interface
- Very flexible
Cons
- Would like to see expanded voice paging capabilities
- More endpoints with video capabilities
- Too many applications with similar names, i.e. Workplace, Workspaces, Spaces
- SIP endpoints
- Softphones
- Telephony features
- Avaya Aura allows me to complete my overall business objectives
- It's the lifeline to my customers
