Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We were manually tracking and awarding employees for birthdays and anniversaries and running through payroll. There was very little recognition besides that. We now have automated programs for birthdays, anniversaries, wellness and recognition. This has freed up time in our HR/payroll department. Payroll now only has to import tax details for our employees and all our programs are funded at the beginning of each year.

Cons

Budgets are still a bit complex.
Wish that you didn't have to pay for additional programs to add physical Awardco point cards.
