Overall Satisfaction with Awardco
We use Awardco for employee recognition and to boost our culture. With Awardco, coworkers and leads can write posts about why a particular employee did well on a specific task or campaign. Along with words of encouragement you can also give gift cards or “award bucks” which are similar to money that the person can either spend on themselves or use to give other co workers awards. Awards do not need to be tied to gift cards or award bucks.
Pros
- Loyalty
- appreciation
- Employee retention
Cons
- Multi national
- Ease of use
- Flexible
- Less costs
- employee retention
- culture building
Motivosity is hands down better. Easier for companies with employees in multiple countries, easier to spend the money you receive, easier to gift the money, easier to interact with and more user friendly. However, Motivosity is also more expensive and I find that cost is hard to swallow when you want to just invest the money into employees.
