Overall Satisfaction with AxisCare Home Care Software

We use AxisCare Home Care Software on our homecare business to track schedules, documenting visits with EVV, Payroll, tracking billing and AR.

Pros

  • Scheduling our caregivers and documenting their visits.
  • Reports are robust and easily found
  • Our clinicians find the application easy to use.

Cons

  • I would like to be able to document the Ohio DODD clients here. We are not able to do so at this time due to the state requirements.
  • This has allowed us to have one location and not have to worry about having offices in all the towns we are in to collect paperwork.
  • This software is growing with us as we grow.
I would have given a 10 but the fact I cannot use it for the DODD documentation. I love the software and would like to eliminate the second software we use for DODD.
AxisCare is so much easier to use and is tailored to the private duty care community.

This is the perfect software for our Ohio Dept of Aging clients. I wish there was a version for the Medicare certified agencies.
