Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®
We use Bamboo for on-boarding activities, to streamline paperwork, and to manage tracking vital employee information. We are able to run reports on a daily basis for Vets, EEO, ACA, and other demographic info we need. We also like the feature of being able to send a form out company wide and gather all of the signed forms in one place.
Pros
- The ability to create and send a fillable PDF form is critical to us, we use it daily.
- We like the ability to be able to add new fields to track info that is important to our company, such as security clearances, or certification an employee holds.
- This system has made onboarding paperwork a dream.
Cons
- When we use a form that is sent to all employees, we then must print each one individually, there is no ability to select ALL of them and hit print all.
- It has made the HR function much more streamlined, and made new hires feel like we are running a well oiled machine.
- Namely
They were both good platforms, we just really like Bamboo. Their corporate culture is similar to ours, and their tool is geared towards companies of our size.
