Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR
We use BambooHR to manage all employee information and HR records, dates, time off, etc. Our entire company uses it to manage time off and it's so much easier to keep it all organized in one central location. The employees all have access to it and it definitely saves time keeping everything up to date.
- BambooHR platform is very easy to navigate.
- I like that you can announce new hires to all employees.
- I like the company calendar where everyone can see it.

- The mobile app functionality is low.
- It still takes a decent amount of time to make sure all the employee data is accurate.
- It has really freed up our HR manager.

BambooHR is easily the best HR program I've used as a business owner or as an employee. And it has a really cool name.
