Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use BambooHR for time off tracking, personal changes, training tracking considering performance measurement

Pros

  • time off
  • app is user friendly
  • customer service is helpful

Cons

  • you have no option to upload a picture in the drivers license field
  • you are making improvements on all the new features and seem to have abandoned the core product
  • helped greatly with application tracking
  • employee turn over
BambooHR is pretty user friendly
Sometime you get a great support person, other times you can tell they are just looking up your issue and don't know what to do and give wrong information.

We really have had a great experience with the time off tracking thanks to BambooHR. We do not utilize may of the buy up options as they are suited for our business
