We use BambooHR for time off tracking, personal changes, training tracking considering performance measurement

Pros and Cons

app is user friendly
customer service is helpful

you have no option to upload a picture in the drivers license field
you are making improvements on all the new features and seem to have abandoned the core product

BambooHR is pretty user friendly

Sometime you get a great support person, other times you can tell they are just looking up your issue and don't know what to do and give wrong information.
