Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use BambooHR as our HRIS for storing employee info/records, time tracking, ATS, onboarding, payroll, and soon performance management.

Pros

  • Very easy user interface
  • Multiple capabilities
  • Few glitches

Cons

  • Not all back end processes are logical
  • There should be a way to capture more EEOC data
  • The employee engagement module is lacking. There should be a mechanism to build staff engagement surveys.
  • Reduced time expenditure
  • Improved onboarding
  • Clearer payroll
  • Ease in managing time off

Using the ATS across multiple departments is ideal. The payroll system for a company that has international offices is not as appropriate.
