Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

I use BambooHR to request time off and track time off. For the Company, I track, download or print documents for the staff files, especially when onboarding new staff. I sometimes search for 1st day/hire date or staff Birthdays.

Pros

  • digitally transmit documents to and from staff
  • maintain privacy
  • track time off

Cons

  • seems like too many emails
  • as admin assistant, the onboarding is more efficient with BambooHR than just paper filing
for the things I use BambooHR for, it's very easy to navigate
