Overall Satisfaction with Barracuda Backup
We use Barracuda Backup across our whole organization. It does a great job filtering spam and backing up email. It is extremely easy to look up backed up emails and restore them. We receive a lot of spam, to the point were Barracuda reports that it blocks 97% of the spam messages we would normally receive.

- Barracuda allowed us to pull critical emails that had been lost to use in an on going legal situation
- Being able to filter out 97% of spam emails and email based malware attacks has saved our organization countless sums of money. Basic users and students aren't always aware of these kinds of attacks and can easily fall victim to phishing attempts. Barracuda prevents most of these from ever making it to the user.
- Barracuda's yearly licensing is more affordable than most other competitors that provide similar utilities
We actually ran both of these systems at once to provide end to end coverage. This worked extremely well for our internal email systems and provided great protection for our end users and great backups of all messages to and from the corporation. The combination of these two systems provided a great solution.
