Overall Satisfaction with Barracuda Security Awareness Training

I used this to familiarize myself with Barracuda's Phishline product and refer to it often when I have questions.

Pros

  • Video and reading material.
  • Awarded certificate.
  • Refer back to documentation.

Cons

  • Ambiguous questions in the exam cannot be directly found in documentation.
  • Use cases may not be for all companies.
  • Aside from updates no certificate/award level for upgrading certs.
  • Track users.
  • Scheduling
  • Updating
  • Automation
  • More situations that could be security issues.
  • Security awareness on devices and passwords.
  • Maybe need more frequent training as a reminder.
Easier to use and cost-effective.

Having to use security awareness training, some scenarios that should be emphasized are missing. Like BYOD devices, questionable policies, who to talk to when you have questions, etc.
