Overall Satisfaction with Barracuda Security Awareness Training
We regularly send out Phishline campaigns to our users to gauge engagement and then implement training sessions with our users. It's a great way to see if the security training and awareness you are providing your users are paying dividends.

- Make the interface less confusing. It's almost too powerful which leads to confusion.
- Great library of resources.
- Powerful customization of campaigns.
- Countless options when creating campaigns.
- We have seen a huge improvement in user non-engagement with phishing emails.
- We now have a well-educated group of employees that are very adept at knowing malware when they see it.
- A great tool for IT staff that saves time with training resources.
