Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Beebole for time entry, management, and tracking for all team members. We use it for both internal administrative tasks, client work, and time off (holiday / paid time off).

Pros

Web-app allows for access from various devices
Detailed ways to structure your teams and organization
Ability to track project labor costs

Cons

Somewhat of a cumbersome user interface / not as intuitive
Interface appears a bit outdated, not as appealing as other software
Reporting is cumbersome / difficult to customize views

Return on Investment

Beebole has improved PTO / Time off tracking by employee
We are able to now analyze project time and team member allocation
Beebole has helped us establish compliance for gov't work

Very cumbersome, difficult user interface at times, and not as flexible as other platforms for smaller, streamlined organizations.

Alternatives Considered

QuickBooks Time

More detailed / layered options for complex organizations and teams, but Beebole's user interface is not as modern and much more cumbersome / higher learning curve
