Beebole

We use Beebole primary as time tracking and project
management software. Beebole allows us to collect data effectively which helps
us to control / forecast our project deliverables, support billing process and
as a result to take management decision on time. It allows us to have clear
tracking of spent hours per Employee or Contractor, Vendor within each
individual project, help us to set teams under the project, set deliveries, see
& control budgets (time spend, billing actual vs set budgets), collect cost
per project team member or individual, analyse project marginality. It helps us
to collect and control the cost of the resources, i.e. to plan our cost and
forecast our payments to our employees, vendors, or contractors.

It is hard to say. I would pay attention to the price vs values and pay attention to the resource planning functionalities. I mean, if we are able to see not only facts predict nearest future or long term for the specific project but also wee our resource demand scenarios for the mixture of the projects with some time horizon!

When we struggled with users accesses, we needed a "limited administrator". The difference between a "limited" and full was to see a Standard cost value, the rest of the authorization was equal!
