Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

I am able to track the leads & Client communication improved drastically due to which client retention has been improved , Must have CRM for evry business & Amazing support from team Zoho...My business is fully in my control & there is no dependency on any employee , I have great control over my business due to Bigin by Zoho CRM.

Pros

  • Lead Tracking is very easy & stress free
  • Can track emloyee task
  • Can do upsell & cross sale better than earlier
  • Client communication is much better than earlier

Cons

  • Whatsapp intigration missing
  • Nomenclature are not common
  • Can have better appearance
  • Lead mamagement has improved drastically
  • Helped lot on Client relationship managment
  • Helped greatly on Up sale & Cross sale
Amazing support from team Zoho , I could be able to control my buisness ever . I can track my employee activity closely & have data tracking in control, Able to keep great control over client relationship management. Have great opportunity to cross sale & Upsale. Client have great impression about my organization , I would recomment this CRM to each n every businessman
