Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

We use Zoho Bigin for our small distribution business with 3 sales reps.

Pros

  • Data sharing
  • Data centralization
  • Improves Team work
  • Facilitates monitoring of sales pipeline

Cons

  • It can have an option to turn off data visibility at the pipeline / deals level.
  • With only USD 7 per user per month, I would say, ROI definitely exceeds 100%. It's a no brainer for small businesses.
It is a pretty light-weight CRM. Easy to learn and use.

Bigin is definitely more user friendly.
