Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our events department uses BigMarker, it provides a great solution for live streamed events. The user experience is very slick and the user interface is easy to use. BigMarker solved our problem of Zoom, Vimeo and other well known livestreaming/webinar software not being flexible and well featured
enough to meet the needs of our clients.

BigMarker has made streaming bespoke digital events easier due to its long list of features.
BigMarker has made quoting live stream events easier for us because we are not now having to tell our clients that the platform can't do a particular thing.
Our clients are willing to pay much more for a bespoke professional service, over a zoom webinar.

Alternatives Considered

Zoom, Vimeo Enterprise (Vimeo Livestream) and GoToWebinar

None of the other software we tested before choosing BigMarker had a full feature list that worked so well for events. Zoom, which is the go to software for many of our competitors was very limiting, although there was some effort needed to educate our client that there was a better way. We also use Vimeo, but this is only for simple live stream video delivery, Vimeos Q and A and other features are very basic in comparison. GoToWebinar doesn't compete.

Usability

BigMarker is a great piece of software and provides a good solution for our live streaming service.

Its very usable and due to its full feature set, we are able to quote on jobs quickly knowing that BigMarker is capable of meeting the clients needs. We find the remote guest feature to be somewhat limiting, but only because we are looking to provide very polished video to our clients, we use external software to stream direct to BigMarker.

Support Rating

There have been occasions that we needed to get in touch with support to help get a template design to look a specific way. They are always quick to reply on their chat and have had their design team fix issues for us in no time.

Likelihood to Recommend

BigMarker is great for Live streamed events where the audience needs a
controlled experience, this is good for customers that would prefer not to send theirs guests to websites with heavy branding of the video streaming service. BigMarker is not really suited for basic video live streams that just need to embedded on a webpage, the only reason for this is that you are paying for features that you will not use.
