Overall Satisfaction with BILL Spend & Expense

We use BILL Spend & Expense's credit cards exclusively at this point. We had a very antiquated way of getting our credit card transactions verified and charged to the correct budgets in the past. Being able to utilize Divvy's website and app has made this much easier on the cardholder and the accounting department.

Pros

  • Great app
  • User friendly website
  • Great Support

Cons

  • Sometimes the website is slow to load transaction history for credit cards
  • We are getting a much better interest rate on credit card purchases
  • Less time is spent processing transactions
  • Employees have more freedom and accountability
The website is easy to follow from both a user and admin perspective. There is great information in the help center and when that doesn't work our rep has been responsive and helpful.
We have really only used PNC's business credit cards. Their system was strange and they were not very helpful when we had issues.

BILL Spend & Expense is extremely helpful for budgeting and having the data automatically sync with (many) accounting packages. This was a huge draw for us, and it has worked extremely well. We are very happy with how it fits our needs.

You have also found our website user-friendly extremely helpful for budgeting and syncing automatically with many different accounting software. Our apologies for any frustration you have experienced with our website being slow sometimes to load the transaction history for credit cards.
