Do you think Birdeye delivers good value for the price?

No

Are you happy with Birdeye's feature set?

Yes

Did Birdeye live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Birdeye go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Birdeye again?

No

Suited to get reviews for yourself or clients. Not well suited is when your clients sell their business but you signed up for the reseller/partner agreement. And Birdeye will not let you out of the agreement because of their auto-renew contract. Evergreen contract, whatever you want to call it. In my experience, they force you to pay the balance of the agreement even though you have no need for their service anymore. In my experience, they threaten you with legal action for also voicing your opinions on the service they provide.

Birdeye Support

In my experience, this company will hold you to the auto-renew clause in their agreement even when your client who you signed on behalf of goes out of business. In my experience, they will threaten legal action against you if you voice your opinion on their customer service.

There is no point in emailing you i've already been in contact with your legal. So, the total payable amount would be $3,800 after the 50% discount that I mentioned in my last email. $850 x 9 (for 9 months) = $7,650 $7,650 x 50% (discount as mentioned) = $3,852 So, just to reiterate: Birdeye will agree to release xxxxx from its contract and release its principals from any future liability for: 1) Payment of $3,800 2) Retraction of all comments or reviews on the internet as well as any and all formal complaints, and 3) An email introduction to xxxxs clients who are or were using Birdeye Birdeye will also release its claims for misrepresentation and related issues. The termination of the agreement and the settlement terms will be formalized in a short written agreement which will protect both parties going forward. I'm sure you can understand my frustration with your company
