Birdeye crushes Podium. The metrics that are tracked in Birdeye go above and beyond those in Podium. I've compared dashboards with a client on a video call and we were looking at Birdeye and Podium side by side and it was easy for the client to see the value this way. I was clicking through the left side navigation rail and going through the different features with ease.
