Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye
Birdeye's product is decent it works like a lot of the review software out there but better than some. I used Birdeye for a lot of my clients but it would be a disservice to not tell people to beware! When you are about to sign up they are all about servicing you and once you sign the contract you are left high and dry, the rep I worked with made many promises non came true, I also found out that the product I was told I was getting in fact wasn't and when I made it clear I would not be renewing all the services they were all over us to renew. They never fixed out billing issues and auto-renewed for all the licenses. They are skillful at bait and switch, from product issues, sales issues, lies, and deceit to billing issues I would not recommend them anymore! If you are an agency look elsewhere and if you are planning on using them do not sign the contract with auto-renew they do not keep their word! You are just a number to them!!
