Overall Satisfaction with Birst

[It's being used as a single] internal BI tool. Itenableses self sevice data analysis for end users.

  • Fast visualization and data extraction
  • Ongoing enhancements and feature upgrades
  • Simple to use and well documented

Cons

  • System availability, auditing and enhanced transparency
  • Value for money
  • Birst was by far less expensive than the other tools evaluated in regards the KPIs defined
  • Easy access from anywhere in the cloud, including mobile app
  • Can be embedded in third party sites
  • Full cloud capabilities
  • Good for DWH updates on a recurring basis, has live connection
