Overall Satisfaction with Birst
Birst plays a critical role in our commercial organization. We use Birst to make sure our field staff and in-house support personnel have the information they need to help close deals. Birst also gives our employees the flexibility to run custom reports or variations which may be more meaningful to the customer. The drill down capabilities also allow catering from C-level to department level.
- Flexibility of the tool
- Presentation level very appealing and intuitive
- Cloud offering makes implementation easier
- Birst is supported by partners. We have had issues with some of the partner companies. Once identified though they were quick to fix.
- Training scheduling did not align with our schedule and was not very flexible.
- We are regulated and our change process can take some time. When upgrades occur we could use more notice.
- IBM Cognos and QlikView
Birst was the right size for our company. The other vendors were to large and scope was to much.
