Overall Satisfaction with BizLibrary
While most of our operational training is designed, developed and delivered in-house, we have found BizLibrary to be a value supplement to all of our programs. BizLibrary is particularly useful for professional skill refreshers for our employees such as customer service topics. The wide range of entertaining and educational videos is also very useful to liven up our in-house trainings.

When reaching out for support, BL is quick to respond. Even if they do not have a solution - such as when lessons were retired without a replacement - they are always thoughtful and informed.

Because of our company's specific operational training, BizLibrary is not suited for our day to day operational development. However, its large selection of general topics such as customer service, leadership, and communication prove very useful to change the pace of our in-house training programs. We often use a small selection of BizLibrary content to prepare our employees for longer in-person training. The ready-made lessons make giving the background information easier so that we can spend more time and effort on in-house topics during class.
