Overall Satisfaction with BizLibrary
While we generate most of our training materials in house, we love using BizLibrary to supplement our training. We have been using BizLibrary for 2 years now and utilize their content as much as possible for our safety, customer service and general employee improvement training. The ease of the BizLibrary platform and content has made this process easy and the assistance of our Client Success Manager allows us an avenue to get help when needed. I am glad that we partnered with BizLibrary.

As stated, we create a majority of our own content so that it is specific to our business, but BizLibrary is well suited for us to use their generic content. Instead of our team having to create videos and training modules on topics such as safety, customer service, leadership, etc, we can utilize the variety of videos available for these topics.
