Overall Satisfaction with BizNet Excel Suite

We use Biznet to generate all of our financial reporting and to prepare our year end workpapers. We also use it to generate annual manufacturing surveys, insurance audits, and property tax reporting
  • Comparing month to month and year to year expense reporting
  • Generating financial reports for third party and internal users
  • Having the ability through BizBroadcast to send excel versions of reports to multiple parties with one click
  • Calculating reports takes some time and you ability to do other excel items while calculating is not possible
  • Only financial reporting is available with our version of BizInsight but as I understand I will be able to pull non financial data through Biznet 7
  • Being able to transfer files from one version of BizInsight to the next would be a huge benefit. Right now I have to recreate 100+ reports to be able to use them in BizInsight 7
  • There has not been a measurable ROI from using Biznet. We are able to process general ledger reporting quicker but we have not seen a reduction in expense or increased revenue.
  • I hope with the additions that BizInsight 7 offers we will be able to pull customer data and materials data to generate real time reporting which may infact have a positive ROI
  • I don't see any negative impact to ROI by using BizNet for our company
  • F9 and Crowflite
BizNet is far superior to both F9 and Crowflite. The ability to create general ledger reporting based on segments of your account numbers is one of the major advantages over other products I have used. I can now create a report that shows total expense by department, division, company and consolidated or any combination of those.

Biznet is great for all financial reporting, you can see changes instantly and combining multiple divisions and multiple companies is an easy process.

Analysis of non general ledger data is not something that we have been able to do using our version of BizInsight so we continue to generate these reports in SQL
