Automated transaction recording which improves donor reporting and communication. Utilization of various tools to support donor communications and tracking. Ease of customer reports and dashboards. Setting user access and rights.
Starting to use dashboards now. Will know more in the future.
Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT has better security and features allowing for internal controls than QuickBooks Online.
