Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT
We use Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT as our main repository of our financial information from General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Purchase Order, Expense Management and Fixed Assets and various reporting.

- Customer Support - I would rate this as poor and unsatisfactory.
- I believe FENXT is heading in the right direction on improving the processes.
- I would like to see it improve in terms of "Customer Support" especially for customers like us that are in Hawaii.
Using the Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT database view, we were able to fulfill all our compliance and regulatory compliance with high degree of accuracy. We just implement FENXT this year and I'm excited how our year end 2024 close process will be completed using reports in NXT.
As I mentioned earlier, we just implemented NXT early this year and we haven't used the custom dashboards. I would like to use this in the months ahead hopefully.
