Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

Blackline is being used by our Accounting and Finance department for monthly account reconciliations.
  • Auto-Certifications help reduce the time spent reconciling accounts, and increases accuracy.
  • The templates are helpful for maintaining amortization and accrual schedules.
  • The implementation process could have been more thorough to make sure it was set up appropriately for our business needs.
  • We needed better/more thorough training prior to go-live.
  • Saved time for close.
  • Increased employee satisfaction.
We haven't really had to utilize support yet.

Blackline is great for account reconciliations. The auto-certification feature saves time and increases accuracy. It is great to be able to see the progress of the entire close process for the company as a whole. It is also very helpful to be able to upload all of our support in one place, digitally.
