Overall Satisfaction with Bloomerang
We use this to manage information on our volunteers and donors. Letters and emails can easily be automated and run through this system.
- It keeps your Donor Retention front and center
- Its design is very intuitive
- It makes running reports simple
- It would be good if you could better restrict access to donor information from assigned users.
The real selling point was that it integrates easily with our website solution, Firespring. Also the visual appeal and ease of use made it a better choice than our previous system.
