Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire
Our entire organization uses Bloomfire. We have nearly 100% usage across all departments. Bloomfire allows us to access company information with ease and is a format that stores important company procedures in a way that is accessible even if we are not currently logged onto our servers.
- Organize data into series. I love this feature which allows a multi-step process to be broken into tasks (series) so you do not have to continuously scroll through a larger document.
- Search function is robust and allows for easy search among documents.
- Weekly email of what was added/changed in Bloomfire for the week allows me to focus on what I need to know.
- Sometimes my searches to bring up outdated posts so perhaps more functionality to make sure outdated material is archived.
- Employees are definitely more engaged in sharing information through posts.
- Employees are given a greater opportunity to learn procedures at their own pace and revisit as much as needed.
