Bloomfire

We used Bloomfire in our Organisation to learn POCs on Mulesoft and also to find information on Partner Kickoff events. Workshops on Mulesoft integration with Salesforce helped me to gain more knowledge of the different types of connectors used and also on Salesforce standalone concepts which helped business teams to connect data.

I'm with MTX Group. I love learning and exploring on MuleSoft. I found it interesting reading articles on Bloomfire.

My organization is a mulesoft partner using bloomfire for knowledge sharing purposes and reading articles on Mulesoft composer and some FAQs on mulesoft. Myself being a Mulesoft consultant use Bloomfire for research and development on some latest business requirements. My organization has a partnership with Mulesoft so I have an access to Bloomfire. I usually use it for Partner Tech Talks and also to get some information on demand partner webinars and Training & certification-related articles.

Bloomfire has helped our Knowledge Management team create an integrative resource tool that houses processes, procedures, and policies for our front-line representatives and agents. Since its inception, Bloomfire has worked with our specific requests and needs to enhance the experience, both for the creator (Author) and reader. This has then allowed us to expand responsibilities and roles to other departments by empowering them to contribute, edit, and support one another in the expansion of the knowledge base. Every year the ease of use becomes more intuitive and affords us efficiencies we did not have with our last knowledge database.

As a Mulesoft partner benefit, we have given access to Bloomfire as a partner benefit. We frequently use Bloomfire to read the latest available Mulesoft articles. My company mainly deals with Salesforce - Mulesoft integrations so I used Bloomfire to find a number of articles on the same. Some demo videos and accelerator sessions helped me with my real-time use cases.

For us, it's set up as a special tool with articles to help us do our jobs. It's almost like a really user-friendly blog. We can ask questions on it and the answers are shown to help others. It's also set up with other apps we use daily and our time clock. Very very convenient, everything is in one easily accessible place. I like it a lot.

We use it as a hub to hold all course materials across the network so all teachers have full access to everything they need. It's also used for all HR handbooks, school handbooks, etc.<br>

We use Bloomfire as a resource database for our learners. Our learners only have access to our LMS for a short period of time, once they lose access we use Bloomfire to communicate information and resources needed to provide customer service to our various clients. We have separate communities that represent those clients and provide product information and support, as well as Q&A for learners to get their questions answered.

My organization deals with Salesforce integration with Mulesoft and we deal with several Inbound and outbound flows and develop them in a bi-directional manner. We food a good number of Mulesoft flows and workshops on Salesforce integration with Mulesoft which helped us to build flows quickly and better usage of Salesforce connectors.

Bloomfire is a program that is provided to us for quick research for company-related material. If we have a question or need a form everything is located in Bloomfire. Other directors may have questions and find answers quickly because there are so many other directors that have asked the same question. If we are looking up and need appropriate forms to fill out simply typing in keywords bring us straight to what we need.

We use Bloomfire in a variety of business areas from customer service support, technical services, sales, and with our global education teams to share collateral and other educational assets. This application has been an invaluable resource to not only house and share information, but also to engage our community to educate and support each other.

Bloomfire is our knowledge hub. We have all of our guidance, reference, and research saved there. We utilize Bloomfire a little differently as we only allow SMEs to update and post. Our users have the ability to flag posts but not comment directly about or respond to questions. Bloomfire has allowed us to not have multiple versions of guides, templates, etc. in use.

We use Bloomfire as a internal search engine and an information posting platform., Bloomfire is used company wide on a daily basis to pass along important information between our many branches. It helps in answering questions between employees from our sales force that are spread throughout the country.

We are a data-driven company and being that it is the insurance industry, training and reference materials are essential on a minute-by-minute basis at times. Without this data and reference material, we are dead in the water. The managers in our company have striven to make sure we have that training and information at our fingertips at all times and the tool we use is Bloomfire.

Previously I used Bloomfire with my old employer where I posted questions and then responses would then occur to my question(s). My current employer uses Bloomfire for internal information, questions, and answers. I use a great tool and serve as an "information hub" for the organization. I have found that it is easy to use and navigate through. And I like when new postings are entered and I am alerted automatically.

Bloomfire is our primary tool for onboarding across different verticals at Kargo. When the new hires start, we choose a relevant vertical (e.g. business intelligence, revenue operations, product management) and then have access to a host of different training sessions. These sessions vary and can be in the form of videos or articles. The main problem Bloomfire addresses is needing to get employees up to speed quickly and efficiently, and allows employees to access the information most relevant to them.

We use Bloomfire for all our install documents and training manuals. The only issue we have seen is that the search features are not that good. If we type in a specific word or part number many other results come up and the one we search for is on the bottom. Also, when clicking on the item you searched for and when you go back, it brings you back to the home page and not your results.

We use it to gain information and insight into our company and answer questions from within the department. People can post their questions or concerns and we have a team of people who have varying expertise in different areas who elect to answer.

The only problem I have with Bloomfire is the difficulty in finding exactly what I'm looking for.

We use Bloomfire to document all of our processes, practices, and updates to our software. We also use it to allow employees to post questions for the rest of the team to view and answer. This tool is used by our entire Customer Success department (around 250 employees). We use this tool internally only.

We have a partnership with Mulesoft and we have Bloomfire credentials as a part of the partnership benefit. We regularly use Bloomfire to know the latest Mulesoft community updates. Also some updates with respect to Mulesoft composer with Salesforce. We usually get access to some partnership enablement sessions. We also get benefited from the Training and certifications operations guide.

We use Bloomfire to keep all staff updated on the constantly changing events around Las Vegas and our 14 properties. This program informs us about the shows, travel packages, and special events going on throughout our city. The layout of this program helps us find the information when we need it fast. I'm really happy with it. It's been great.

Our organization is spread across multiple states. Bloomfire is a platform where all the centers in the company can unite and access information as a whole. It is easy to use and search for anything needed from HR, payroll, operations, etc. This website has saved me so much time and effort by having all my answers in one place!
