Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We use it to gain information and insight into our company and answer questions from within the department. People can post their questions or concerns and we have a team of people who have varying expertise in different areas who elect to answer.
  • Provides and easy platform for everyone to use
  • Its very easy to navigate
  • It allows us to keep track of helpful topics and information
  • I haven't found any areas that seem difficult to use, the platform is very simple.
