Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We use Bloomfire as a resource database for our learners. Our learners only have access to our LMS for a short period of time, once they lose access we use Bloomfire to communicate information and resources needed to provide customer service to our various clients. We have separate communities that represent those clients and provide product information and support, as well as Q&A for learners to get their questions answered.

I didn't chose this system, but when I was hired by the company I was challenged to figure out the best use of it. I met with our representative and we went over ideas that would make using the site better and more appealing to learners. In the last year we have had a significant increase in learner activity and engagement.
I love working with the Bloomfire team. They are always willing to help and try to accommodate what is needed. I feel they respect my opinion, thoughts, and needs...they are always looking for ways to improve to make sure we have what we need. If they can't solve an immediate need, they try to figure out a workaround. They are very receptive, open, and communicate very well.
