Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We are a consultancy organization, which implements Bloomreach at our customers as Marketing Engagement Platform.

Pros

  • Realtime
  • Omni Channel Marketing
  • Flexibility

Cons

  • nested Events (working with them)
  • working with referenced informations from product data feed
  • increased revenue
very user friendly
In app support very nice!
As we did not purchase it, but implement it at other customers this is hard to answer. But after a few days working with Bloomreach, it was really easy for me to work with this great and userfriendly tool

less appropriate: filtering/segmenting on infos that are not directly in an e.g. purchase Event (lookup product data feed by id not possible)
