We use Bloomreach engagement platform with several of our eCommerce clients. We use it as a 360 CDP platform and campaign management tool.

  • Modules simplification.
  • Increased revenue.
  • Decreased cost per acquisition.
  • Increased internal processes effectiveness.
Way better control over how data are tracked, stored and used. We have never met any limitations regarding our campaign creativity vs Bloomreach capabilities.
Very steep learning curve.
Fast response and willingness to find solution. Support seems inexperienced sometimes.
Usually it takes 2-3 weeks to have the platform up and running.
