Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We use Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud for a number of business functions. Specifically to my team, we run our digital marketing campaigns, store and segment our data and then report back on the engagement and performance of these digital campaigns to analyze how the use of the Bloomreach platform is helping us acheive our business goals.
  • Quick & easy to segment data using the Segmentations function
  • Really intuitive for editing and publishing email campaigns using Scenarios
  • Easy to store different campaigns in different initiatives, grouped together using tags
  • We recently had an issue with the loading speeds of the platform, this was a big problem
  • the reports tab is poorly laid out and difficult for new starters to know how to use
  • Dashboards lack good functionality to present data visually with different graphs, tables etc

The Live Chat function has always been really useful for us when it comes to support from the Bloomreach team. I have frequently come with very specific use case questions which have been answered quickly and in a really useful way. This is a great function. Aside from this, we communicate with our CSM as well.
We have some ability to automate certain parts of our marketing process. For example using scenarios and segmentations we can automatically segments parts of our data based on our needs. for example, we have an automated engagement category scenario, which runs every morning and tags our data based on their engagement levels.

For my job function, Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud was a huge improvement on the previous system we were using to segment our data and send out the email campaigns. Firstly, having all data, email campaigns and scenarios for publishing stored in one system is a great idea. It makes it really quick and easy to quickly amend campaigns based on last minute requests allowing our team to work in an agile manor - in the specific use case of email marketing.
