Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

Mainly, we're partners with Bloomreach, and my department is working on different levels of integration within Bloomreach Engagement. My personal case is frontend tracking; we're tracking as much customer data as possible via both frontend/backed ways. Also, based on customer traffic/preferences, we're building a unique experience for each customer via creating personalized webinars, experiments, and mainly recommendations. Based on different approaches/customer flow, we set up recommendations in special ways that the''re always important and useful for customers, which leads to increasing in our client's revenue.

Recently, personally, I used to contact support a lot, and they helped me resolve these issues as well. But sometimes, when things are getting more technical, they're not always ready to answer/help with tough questions, so I need to wait for a proper person to contact me. Seven because it can always be better.
Personally, I never worked with any AI stuff except recommendations for customers. There are a lot of options that could help us set up a proper recommendation for our client, and AI works perfectly for that purpose.
When it comes to these platforms, sometimes it would be super useful to have much more control over them. For example, with BigCommerce integration, we wanted to disable the cart_update event from that integration, and we came up with supper difficult and not common for everyone to understand the decision. It would be great to have some kind of parameter in settings that will allow us to have control over each event coming from that integration.

Well suited: Customer tracking via frontend/backend events. Based on tracked events, a lot of scenarios/events could be sent to customers, such as push notifications or emails. Page personalization based on different conditions for each customer Less appropriate: Some plugins for integrations are not working properly 'out of the box' like Magento.
