I specifically utilize the Discovery portion of Bloomreach for all my digital merchandising needs across the two website I manage. With over 20K SKUs, Bloomreach takes the frustration out of having to manually merchandise hundreds of category and product landing pages. The advanced AI driven algorithm makes sure that the most relevant products are returned to customers, therefore enabling the best shopping experience possible.

Support Rating

The user support is excellent! Always timely! I never have to wait more than 48 hours for a response from the customer support team. They always make sure my issue is addressed and resolved before closing any support ticket. If a particular support ticket will take longer than normal to address, the team always makes sure to reach out directly to communicate the delay.

Unified Customer Data

Bloomreach Discovery has advanced reporting that allows me to dive deeper into the performance of my merchandising decisions. With the help of the Insights Dashboard and ability to A/B test, I know that as a Merchandiser I have the best data available at my fingertips to optimize my category and product landing pages.
