Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We have integrated bloomreach as one of our CRM processes, using it to manage campaigns, transactional emails, customer retention & reporting.

We've used the bloomreach API accross multiple platforms, as well as via webhooks in third party software solutions.

The bloomreach suite acts as a key intermediary between various sources of data, and has become an integral part of our architecture.
  • Powerful email templating with Jinja syntax
  • Insightful reporting with trends & reports
  • Intuitive segmentation & campaigns with scenarios
  • Ease of use for non technical personell, but highly customisable for developers
  • Incredibly easy to use API
  • Fantastic web layer integration
  • I'd like to see more information regarding data types within events, e.g. "String", Boolean, Integer e.t.c. As this has caused difficulty when writing logic in Bloomreach scenarios and email templates.
  • The evaluation tool in scenarios is handy, but it would be good if you could view the event that triggered the 'last run'.
  • Bloomreach has saved us hundreds of hours of development work
When we've raised urgent tickets with Exponea, we've often been on a live zoom call with the support team within an hour, which has been amazing.
We've been able to automate every step of the customer journey, from the moment they visit our website (or even our offline booking platforms) to the moment they leave the restaurant, and thereafter!

The platform has allowed us to see which step each of our customers is at and contact them when it matters.

Whilst initially tricky to understand, bloomreach holds a lot of power for CRM at scale.
The documentation and support team, are fantastic and are real strong points in onboarding new staff and quickly solving issues.
Automation, is a key part of our processes and bloomreach helps us to manage this with ease. We've even set up CRON job scenarios to monitor third party data sources.
