We have been happy users of Bloomreach Commerce Cloud under former name Exponea since 2017. We have embraced Exponea as our Customer Data Platform and Marketing Automation system right after SAP deployment. Firstly, we appreciated its real-time analytics and campaign visual builder. Secondly the support and consultating services to take the full advantage of the product. Later on, we have integrated Exponea into our SmartApp and Sales tool web apps in order the close the omnichannel view of our customers.

We have deployed Exponea in 2017 and its Consent management tools helped us to sail through GDPR adoption in May 2018. Our loyalty program continued uninterrupted and we were able to scale-up our marketing automation scenarious in Xmas season 2018. In 2019 we were able to integrate the tool into our SmartApps and hence close our Omnichannel loop. However, we fully cashed on optimized digital experience especially in March-April 2020 during the first lockdown imposed due to looming COVID19 pandemic.
