Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud
We use to coordinate crm campaign via email and sms in order to increase retention. Bloomreach has lot of tools to help build the campaigns according to the project and good reports to check metrics and KPIs. Also, the support is easy and quick, the team is always available to help and give the resolution I need.

- I can categorize the customers per segment, making easier to add them in the campaigns
- It gives varieties of communications
- the email builder
- in the scenario I would like to find the metrics per click, not only the funnel. To check this I have to go to an specific report
- the weblayer could have more configurations that are not html
- the reports in the scenario could show click rates that are not from the funnel
- increase ROI by allowing me to target the right customers
- automated campaigns it helps to save me time
- conversion rate with the use of weblayers
by dividing the customers per segment I can build my campaigns and check the results with more effectiveness. Automate campaign's is also great to optimize my project and save time.
